3. Services Disclaimer

Edmunds Customs, LLC provides custom automotive work and related services that may involve modification of vehicles or parts. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, parts availability, and customer specifications. No guarantees are made regarding performance improvements, street legality, or compliance with local, state, or federal regulations unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payments

All estimates are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing may change due to labor, materials, unforeseen conditions, or customer-requested changes. Payment terms, including deposits and final payment requirements, will be communicated prior to commencement of work. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle, parts, and requested Services

  • Ensure your vehicle is legally owned and insured, where applicable

  • Remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of modified vehicles

Edmunds Customs is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, photographs, text, software, and other materials provided by Edmunds Customs are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use such materials without prior written consent.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, images, designs, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant Edmunds Customs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.

8. Third-Party Products and Services

The Services may involve third-party parts, products, or services. Edmunds Customs is not responsible for defects, failures, or warranties related to third-party products, which are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that automotive modification and customization involve inherent risks, including mechanical failure or reduced vehicle lifespan. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of modified vehicles and services provided by Edmunds Customs.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edmunds Customs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
